Order Questions

I’d like to cancel my order.

We get it—sometimes plans (and art projects) change! If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll cancel it for you. If it’s already on its way, no worries—you can still return it once it arrives.

I'd like to update my order.

Need to make a change? Whether it’s swapping colors or updating your shipping address, let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s out the door, though, we’ll have to get creative with another solution.

I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

Your confirmation email should arrive faster than your first paint pour! If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or search for emails from us. Still no luck? Drop us a message with your order details, and we’ll resend it.

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days—because waiting to create your masterpiece is the hardest part! Once your kit is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its colorful journey to your door.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, indeed! All orders within the U.S. ship for free. It’s one less thing to think about so you can focus on your next creative session.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we’re shipping only within the U.S., but we’re dreaming big (just like your art). Stay tuned as we work to bring fluid art fun worldwide!

Product Issues

Can I return my order?

Not quite what you expected? No problem! You can return your kit within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging. Just get in touch with us to start the process—don’t forget to include your order number.

My kit arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We want your art journey to start off on the right swirl. If your kit didn’t arrive in perfect shape, email us with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “fluid art.”

Some items are missing from my order—help!

We’re sorry about that! Send us a message with your order number and details about what’s missing. We’ll make it right and get those items to you ASAP—no need to put your creativity on hold.
