Quick Start Guide

  • 1. Open Your Kit & Prepare Your Space

    • Unbox your kit and set up everything within reach.
    • Lay the tablecloth over your workspace to catch the mess.
    • Put on your apron and gloves—art is messy, but you don’t have to be!
  • 2. Mix Your Colors

    • Pour 2oz of paint and 2oz of Flood into a mixing cup.
    • Stir until the Flood disappears and your color is silky smooth.
    • Repeat for each color in separate cups—it’s all about that perfect palette!
  • 3. Pour Your Colors

    • Choose your technique: Classic Swirl or Layered Flow (see pouring techniques below).

    • Pour your colors onto the sculpture and watch the magic unfold.
  • 4. Touch Up Missed Spots

    • Scoop up paint from the tablecloth using your stir stick.
    • Dab and blend bare edges or missed spots—it’s all part of the process!
  • 5. Sprinkle Add-Ons (Optional)

    • Sprinkle in some sparkle or texture to make your masterpiece pop.
    • Pro tip: A little goes a long way—sprinkle with purpose!
  • 6. Let Your Masterpiece Dry

    • Place your sculpture somewhere dust-free to dry for 12-24 hours.
    • Resist the urge to touch—it’s worth the wait!
  • 7. Varnish Your Sculpture

    • Pour varnish into a mixing cup and stir gently.
    • Apply a thin coat from top to bottom using smooth, even strokes.
    • Pop any bubbles, but don’t overwork one spot—it’s all about finesse.
    • Let each coat dry for 1-2 hours and apply 2-3 coats for a lasting shine.
  • 8. Display Your Masterpiece

    • Once fully dry, find the perfect spot to show it off and snap a pic.

Pouring Techniques

  • Classic Swirl

    • Pour each color separately onto the sculpture in your chosen order.
    • Tilt and gently rotate your sculpture to cover hard-to-get spots.

    Pro Tips:

    • The first colors sink, and the last shine—use this to create depth.
    • Begin with small pours to control flow and adjust as needed.
    • Save bold colors (like gold or neon) for a final drizzle.
  • Layered Flow (Recommended for Beginners and Children)

    • Grab an empty cup and layer small amounts of each color into it.
    • Pour the layered paint in one smooth motion over your sculpture.
    • Tilt and gently rotate your sculpture to cover hard-to-get spots.
    • Repeat layering as needed—it’s all about that perfect pour!

    Pro Tips:

    • The first color you layer will pour out last—choose with intention!
    • Alternate light and dark shades for bold contrast.
    • For a dreamy look, layer similar tones together.
